Topsoil sourced from our mates at Waipa Topsoil Supplies.

This topsoil is screened down to a fine grade, and is perfect for filling holes in the lawn or for using as a bulk product to fill up garden beds and planters. If planting in the soil, we recommend blending soil and compost to give your plants the nutrients they need!

Daltons Garden Mix

A Daltons premium blend, and our premium soil and compost option, this garden mix has been created for filling garden beds and planters! (It also works great in large gardens).

The blend contains growers bark fines, compost, pumice and slow release fertilisers. Unlike a traditional compost, this mix has been designed to be able to be planted straight into - whether with established plants, seedlings or even seeds!

Whenever filling a planter box (especially Greenscapes made ones) we highly recommend using Garden Mix to give your plants all they need to thrive.

Daltons Compost

Daltons premium compost.

Similar in composition to the Garden Mix, this compost is a lot more nutrient rich and powerful.

This makes it great for adding to the top of established gardens to give the plants their nutrients, but not so great for planting straight into (especially with young plants) as this can cause nutrient burns. For new plants, we recommend first mixing this with equal parts topsoil, or using the Daltons Garden Mix instead.

Daltons Lawn Soil

Daltons lawn soil has been specially designed with all the right nutrients and materials to make grass grow!

Consisting of one part sand to two parts blended compost, the soil provides the drainage and nutrients for your lawn. The blended compost is a mixture of more than 10 different composts plus slow release fertilisers that have been specifically chosen to maximise the life and quality of your grasses. When it comes to seeding your lawn, there's no better soil and compost option.
