Untreated redwood sleepers at 150x100mm, we stock these in lengths of 4.8m.

These sleepers are great for garden edging, or for more serious construction projects such as pergolas. They have a terrific deep red colour that really comes out when a stain has been applied to them.

At 100x150 they are quite square, stout and sturdy. However, as an untreated timber their life expectancy in the ground or in other damp places is up to 15 years, and will bleach in the sun to a silvery gray after a few years. If you are wanting to extend this simply apply a stain, paint or other preserving chemicals to the timber!

Untreated redwood sleepers at 200x50mm, we stock these in lengths of 3.7m.

These sleepers are great for garden edging, planter boxes, seats and benches and other outdoor furniture. Greenscapes also builds a lot of these items in house out of this very timber, check it out here, our speciality being in custom made planter boxes!

At 200x50, these pieces of timber are quite slim yet strong so are very versatile in their application, sky's the limit! Retired sleepers pulled right off the rail tracks!

These sleepers have been helping trains cover this country for the last 30+ years and are now looking for a home to retire in. Made from NZ pine, they have baked and aged in the sun and have a hard but hollow composition to them.

These rustic looking sleepers are a great addition to many features around the home and make for great steps, garden edging and walls in particular. But they have been known to make great planter boxes and features in outdoor bars as well!
